*** Gold plan eCommerce support is for websites with up to ten products or services; Platinum plan eCommerce support is for websites with up to fifty products or services; Anything over fifty products or services will be custom quoted.
Our care plans are designed so prevent your website from ever going down or hacked. However, in the event that your website has a major issue we will work to fix it.
Any support beyond the allocated time for your care plan will be at our standard hourly rate.
You will be given access to training videos by email or a private client portal.
